  • Restrictions: If data sharing is legally or ethically restricted (e.g., due to privacy concerns or confidentiality agreements), authors must clearly explain the limitations and provide information on how qualified researchers may request access.

2. Transparency in Methods and Code

  • Detailed Methodology: Authors should provide comprehensive descriptions of experimental protocols, computational procedures, and analytical methods to enable exact replication.

  • Sharing of Code and Tools: Where applicable, all software, scripts, and algorithms used in data processing and analysis should be submitted as supplementary materials or deposited in publicly accessible archives.

3. Reporting Standards

  • Complete Reporting: Manuscripts should document all variables, parameters, and experimental conditions, including any deviations or failed experiments.

  • Supplementary Materials: Additional materials such as extended data tables, protocols, and sensitivity analyses are encouraged to facilitate thorough understanding and reproducibility.
